Xpologist Return and Refund Policy

At Xpologist, we are committed to delivering high-quality, stylish clothing that our customers love. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns on all full-price items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only; no refunds on sale merchandise.
  • We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or final sale items.

     

     

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Contact our customer support team at xpologistwear@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA).
    2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
    3. Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
    4. Ship the items back to us using the provided label.

       

      Return Shipping Costs:

      • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards or store credit are non-refundable.
  • Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


    3. Exchanges

    If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as a return. Once the returned item is processed, we will issue a store credit or help you place a new order for the exchange.

    4. Damaged or Defective Items

    We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at xpologistwear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

    5. International Returns

    For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that you fill out the correct customs documentation for returns to avoid any delays. Refunds for international orders will be processed in the same manner as domestic orders.

    6. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received your refund yet:

    1. Double-check your bank account or payment provider.
    2. Contact your bank or payment processor, as there may be processing delays.
